that is a great question i was wondering the same about these purple mazar boys they are on day 43 and probably like a week behind due to to long in cups. the females have started to flower but the males have so many balls on them that they are starting to hang down really bad a few sacs have just dried up and fallen off but there is any traces of pollen on leaves or the plate and no airflow so i would like to know the answer to this question too. seem like all the others ive done had shown a lil powder by now.:bong:

I have actually taken the sacs that fell off and taken them apart very carefully examining the whole thing nothing i mean the actual nanner and evrything nothin.

maybe he's still too young to make any pollen?
just a guess at that,i really don't know
or could some type of stress interfered with pollen production?

Umm yea so still no pollen anyone have a suggestion my male is 35 days old been opening sacs now for 2 weeks but no pollen on the paper i have under the stalk? Does it need nutes? The sacs keep falling off.

I had a slow male, I just kept feeding and watering it same as the girls and it did drop pollen eventually. You said the sacks are just falling off do you have pictures of him.

Not much difference from the last pic but here hope this helps as I have never grown out a male and never collected pollen for breeding ever im totally stumped i tried givig it some nutes but since they were so sensitive to begin with i thought that if i kept the soil moist there wouldnt be a prob i have it under 3 27 watt cfls and on 20/4 can it be the lighting do i need to lessen the time or what idk someone PLEASE give me some advice.
