Haha yeah I know its been eating at me since before. To some extent I definitely was on the edge before he showed up. Either way I'm going to keep my eyes peeled for a bit and see if I can find somewhere else to do this. Id feel alot more comfortable not shitting where I sleep lol. This is a super uptight conservative town. Whenever a bust happens they love to talk about all of the sophistocated cutting edge equipment such as fans and lights and make a huge deal out of all of this shit. One of the major big pharma companies right down the road. It just sucks a big bag of dicks here. I'll probably cut some of the newer babies down and try and finish off the older plants and then just lay low for a little. Im probably being paranoid, but I also genuinely believe that guy was also suspicious. Sometimes its good to be paranoid, it has gotten me by sofar with no criminal record despite all of the shit I have done lol

Hey guys, I had a very strange encounter this afternoon with my postal worker which leads me to believe that I should shut everything down. I may be over reacting, but I may not. I figure its worth atleast putting out there, because I have noticed an alarming trend recently. If you havent noticed, since the beginning of june there has been a HUGE increase in the number of seeds being confiscated. You can spot one of those attitude packages from a mile away, and it appears that customs is onto them. So today, I got a package from "Overseas". The post man hands me the package, and as I am about to sign for it he says, "So, you are (Insert Name)?"... I thought this was particularly strange, considering the fact that I have had a LOT of orders coming in recently for grow equipment. I looked at him as if I didn't hear him. "So you are, (Insert Name), right? This is where you live?" Why the fuck is this guy asking that question? I have had a bunch of packages delivered here in the last few months.. Surely that isn't a question that needs to be asked. Also it is worth noting, that I did not recognize this postal worker. Something wasn't quite right. He goes on to say that this is a package for overseas, and continues to egg me to admit that I am the name, and this is my address, as he points to the slip. What the fuck is going on here? I say that I was expecting a package, but surely not something from overseas. I was expecting a larger package. So he says he is sure that is it, but he goes back to his truck to check anyway. I continue to prod him because he seems like he is up to no good, and the more he speaks the more certain I am that something isnt right. So as he goes back to his truck, he says "No, theres no other packages here. You have been getting alot of packages sent to you lately, though." At this point I knew he knew something. The vast majority of my packages had been delivered by UPS, not USPS. Also if he was aware of the amount of packages I had been recieving, why was he constantly questioning my name, address, and whether or not I ordered this package? I may be overreacting, but I feel like I need to tear everything down. I don't know if this was just some rogue postal worker who had been curiously going through my packages, or if somehow LEO is onto it? It genuinely felt as if the second this fucker drove away, a swarm of fat pigs with their dicks as hard as a rock were going to storm down my driveway. I would be careful with seed ordering lately, this trend is becoming alarming. Just from reading forums the rate of seeds being confiscated is unprecidented. It may be worthwhile to lay low for a while.

bro, i will tell you this. i am blackhat and have hundreds of packes shipped by ups, probably 10-50 per month. my ups guy has been suspicious before. they switch routes oiften enough taht in a month from now you shouldnt be seing him again IME.


but most of them dont care, they just want to do their job. if you start complaining of missing packges, THEN ups will start getting nosy. because then they have to pay for it. trust me, i have had a lot of "missing packages"

So do you guys think as long as I dont order anything else, I should be alright? I still have 2-3 months before these all finish up so I still have quite a ways left....I have two other packages that will be coming in the mail. They are actually a variety of fruit, vegitable, and bonsai seeds that I plan on starting. Hopefully if they are nosy that will help me out. Worst case scenerio atleast that will help substantiate that my project is for personal use, I have no commercial interests...

My main concern is with a warrant. I don't leave my house with quantities of herb on me. I don't sell to anyone. I don't associate with tweekers who will rat me out. But what will it take for them to get a warrant, if they are so inclined? Since I denied the package, even if they discover what it is I figure that can't be used against me. From what I have read, most warrants take months of survaillance and an informant anyway. I know my rights, but I also know that they tend not to give two fucks about them. I guess I will have to sleep on it and see how I feel. Maybe visit a psychic or something. Hopefully my future doesnt have an organge jumpsuit in it

Ditto for Attitude Seeds... the safest place I can think of might be RCMC, but don't go there for just the safety, go for the amazing gear from some of our own in-house breeders! (documentation for days here)... Sweet Seeds, also here now and well rep'ed by Tommy and Jaypp, are totally solid as well...(ditto for them too!),.... lastly, I (and many others here) had great service from Single Seed Centre, the first place I ordered from ever... We auto-nuts suffer from no lack of choices these days! I hope when things cool off you can indulge in some of what's right here on your doorstep... :smoke: ..... Warrants, I got nuth'- LOL! I bet a free call to a local lawyer who may specialize in this may clue you in some...

If cops does show up at your door, and knock don't open the door. If they have a warrant they won't be knocking. LEO, like any other civilian don't have a right to come inside, unless the have a warrant. They will use the tap and wrap method. If you open the door, they can say I smell pot and they have probable cause. If they knocking, talk to them thru a window. Tell them you don't invite strangers in your house, if they say we're not strangers we're the police say I don't let those in either, LOL. They will say anything to intimidate you.

I'm hoping I can recoup some of my losses from Attitude, but at the time I honestly preferred wasting $100 or whatever it was. That guy just smelled like a narc, that week old type fishy pussy type of smell. I wasn't digging it. Hopefully they can resend the order at some point. Otherwise I will for sure check out RCMC. I'm really wanting to try out those dragons!
