New Grower SCHOOL DAZE (seed to jar)live guide

Welcome to school daze.
This is the new growers school.

Here I'm going to be doing a live week to week simple guide to growing autos in soil.

Will be a basic easy to follow guide.
No big fancy words no crazy wild stuff.
Just a basic guide from start to smoke. Seed to jar.
We shall cover basic lighting
Basic nutrients
Show a lot of how to and when to with light hight , room conditions , low stress training , watering and all the rest of all the stuff I have picked up here from AFN in my short time of growing.

Feel free to ask all the questions pertaining to the week/subject you would like.
If I don't know the answer [HASHTAG]#iknowaguy[/HASHTAG] or gal

Well class is in session!

Quick mini update.

Just fed her again.
At this point I like to water lighter but more often. Try to keep her at a constant praying.
She is a glorious looking bush at this point.

So I just upped her again from 1/2 strength to 3/4 strength
And 1ml of mammoth p and a slight dose of calimagic
I think 5ml

Also. She is starting to show a bit of early frost.

Now. I'm going to back off the tying for a few days.
I want to see how much she is wanting to stretch before I tie more down.
So another day or 2 before I decide on next move.
If she starts to take off I may hang some trellis.

Cheers afn. Be back soon

First thing I did was remove all of the 4 leafs that had any spots or looked sickly.
Leafs that were damaged or splashed with nute water etc.

Then after that I just gave her a little bit of defoliating.
@Rev. Green Genes taught me a rather basic but effective way of selecting what to defoliate.
Start with the leafs that are sick or dying.
Then work from the leaf line into the middle.
And remove the large fans pointing to the center of the pot. Facing the middle.

This time I removed maybe 15 leafs. I doubt she will mind a bit.

And you can absolutely spread the defoliating out over a few days to minimize the stress. As long as you don't go over board with snipping you will be just fine.
Just trying to keep her open. Don't want too many leafs choking the buds out or being a factor for mold or mildew.
This just gives some extra air flow and a bit more room for lesser branches to try to grow with out light blocker's above them.

Also. She is getting some real frost started

These things make me smile when I go into my grow room.

Thank you Mr Ash-A-Ton for putting this all together, it's really helping me as a new grower.
I am about 2-3 weeks behind you on my grow, and this thread has been such a life saver.
Cheers buddy, have one of these for your efforts :slap:
