I'm starting this thread near the end of the grow. I've used this grow on AFN also, as the thread is about teaching my lady to grow. This is her first grow. Ever! My lady has MS so I've done a lot to make it possible for her to take over, if I'm incapacitated for any reason.
The grow is in a 4'x4' space under 1 Vipar 900 watt ( 435 actual ) light, and an old, Mars Hydro 300 watt
( 185 actual ) old style light.
Pots are Auto Pots. She is in a 4 pot system, with 3 pots disconnected for now. The pots are 3.9 gallons. The current reservoir holds 12 gallon. I just bought a 23 gallon container to upgrade the capacity. I've had 4 HUNGRY plants in this setup and they sucked down 12 gallons in 5 days at their peak!
The plant is a Shining Silver Haze from Royal Queen, that my lady selected from my magic seed box.....lol!
She was vegged in a growtent, then evicted to this space shortly after being put into flower, to make room for some product testing happening in the tent.
And what a bush! She now takes up the entire 4x4 space! Wish I had a better light! The Vipar is too blue, and doesn't work so well for flowers. I'm going to build a light soon to replace this light.
Nutrients. I'm a Grow More fan. Great products at very good prices. I'm using Sea Grow 16-16-16 currently. I've done a few grows previous to this in auto pots using only Sea Grow successfully. Now I'm just about to switch to Grow More's Hawaiian Bud 5-50-17 and see what I get for results!
She just started packing on the buds a few days ago. She looked like a pussy willow for a while...lol! But now.......ohhh ohhhh......I'm thinking I'm going to have possibly the best batch of buds I've grown yet!
Damn I wish I had more light NOW!

OH I can't wait to see this finished, she's going to be B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L !!! My brother has M.S. - I swear good bud does more for him than opiates ever could, and thank god he's starting to get that. Poor guy, he's having a really hard go of things - but then again he has a bad attitude (understandably). Last he came to visit me (in the spring) he crawled in on his belly. It all happened so fast, I hear he had arrived, I'm working my way through the house, and there he is on his belly crawling in
