Lighting Oxossi- third time lucky_ 5 x autopounders with grownorthern ms-006 & others

Thanks Red , I must confess it is the first plant I have grown that I can truly say..................YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Admittedly she is wonderful strain but she only really started flowering when I plugged in the MS-006,the budsites go right to the bottom its like a jungle down there. You can only really appreciate how dense it is by slipping your fingers in there and copping a feel it is a shame that strains like this tend to be bypassed for whatever is the current flavour of the month.
The APs are doing well with the back two now almost 36" tall and the early flowering one is really starting to sprout budsites and even the baby is starting to look good.

Hijack post- haircut

IMG_0093.jpgIMG_0094.jpgIMG_0095.jpg

Over the course of the last few days I have been stripping out leaves, that were blocking off light to lower buds, from the Hijack, particularly in the lower regions where it was just a dense and congested mass of leaves. This should certainly help bud growth in the future and it shows just how bud-heavy this beauty is.
I think I am going to cut down the cola a little early and then put a spare airpot underneath it to bring the lower layers up to the optimum distance from the lights for the last few weeks

the earliest flowering and second smallest Auto Pounder start of week 6

I had quite a problem with cal/mag and P,K deficiencies, but thanks to DigitalShamans Auto-pounder grow post I identidfied the problem and seem to have put a stop to it. It flared up very quickly but since the treatment it seems to has got much better, obviously it didnt stop it overnight. But time will tell. Iexpect it is a combination of the Auto Pounders need for nutrients during its heavy flowering process and the glorious glow of my MS-006s

Look nice bro, hijack looking like she will fill out nice! :D

Gorgeous !! i miss looking at my pounder in my tent, she was an eye catcher. very therapeutic.

score!! nice plants! what lights you got besides the ms006?

I have 2 x MS-006s and an old quantum 240w LED which works ok but not a patch on the GN

well after spotting the first amber pistils I decided that 4 months of growing was enough and removed the cola (a healthy 20g wet weight) of the hijack and put another airpot underneath the lower half to bring it up to just about 12" from the lights for another fortnight or so,IMG_0121.jpgIMG_0122.jpgIMG_0123.jpg
just to finish those buds off nicely.
