Mephisto Genetics Organic & DWC with a side of COBs - 4 Mephisto strains

Plant update!
Day 4 for NCH MBAP and Skyrone Stomper

Seems like all of the plants are lagging behind a bit and have stretched a little too much. Seems like they were not getting enough lights under my humidity dome, so I decided to take the domes off last night. They responded favorably to that. So this morning I put a damp towel in the corner to raise humidity. We were in the 40 to 50% range today, with my damp towel and humidifier. Not terrible but not great. :kitty:

I will leave the domes off of them from here on out. I think the domes were too opaque and caused a lack of light. I have 200 watts of COBs in the tent right now, around 40 inches above them.

Here is the MBAP... As you can see, the leaves are looking a little funny. Seems like she might've gotten in a tussle with her shell, but should be OK. :woody:

Both are a little slow for day 4, but I blame it on the humidity domes! Should see some better progress now.:jointman:

They look good my friend you are on you way to some sweet babies and a giant mbap I can feel it!

Plant update!!!!
We are now at Day 6!

Still lightly watering with RO water and misting the surface occasionally.
Everyone looks healthy!

Temp - 70 to 83F
Humidity - ~40%

Here is a closeup of Skyrone Stomper

Here is a photo of ManBearAlienPig. Leaves are still looking a little weird on her.

Plant update!
Day 8

All the plants are still looking healthy, maybe a bit slow compared to other grows though. Definitely blaming that on the domes. Need ones that are completely clear in the future maybe.
MBAP's roots hit the water at Day 7. :smoking: Probably would've happened faster if I wasn't using a giant 5" net pot...

Lights
Currently running 200 watts of 1212 citizen COBs. Moved them down to 30 inches today.

Water/Feed/Nutes
Organic - RO Water for SuperSoil mix, also added in my first bit of 'RECHARGE' - They are probably over watered at the moment, will be leaving them alone for a day or two. I have been an overbearing parent!
DWC - Just added Sensi Bloom A+B to DWC - PPM is at 70. Not planning to go higher than that until I change out the res, unless the PPM drops.

pH

Organic - Have not pH'd any RO water going into the SuperSoil mix. I will pH that water when I am adding calmag and carboload.
DWC - Currently in the 5.6 to 5.9 pH range

Air Temp
Low 70s to low 80s

Reservoir Temps

Currently 73.2 degrees - lights have been on for 18 hours. :woohoo1:

Humidity
30% to 50% - ran a little low last night, but they don't seem to mind.

Everything is looking pretty damn good so far.:pimp:

I really want to watch that NCH grow. I think I have found my strain.I love her already. Good growing, I wish you the best.

I am about to order more right now. Mine is 15 days and 13 inches tall. Actually both of them are they are growing just crazy fast n big

Plant update!
Day 10

Plants are starting to really grow! Everyone is healthy and happy.

I have some great news and some really bad news.

First! Heisenberg finally germinated. It is planted in the tent now, day 1 should be tomorrow or Thursday. She is in a 3 gal fabric pot with gbd supersoil, like the other organic plants.

I also noticed in the last two days that MBAP's res pH has been weird. I pH'd it today, planning to do a res water change tomorrow... I was ready to blame it on my AN Nutes being weird (they acted weird in my tap water last grow), but then I noticed that I had left my cardboard lid on my other net pot cut out (I cut 2 holes, to provide easy access). Well, when I checked the cardboard, I noticed some intense mold. Really nasty shit. So I promptly did a res change!

I originally had that cardboard lid on there as a temporary fix to the hole while I ran a test grow outside of this tent with a photoperiod. Worked fine in that grow but probably started to get moldy. Now it was terrible. Really nasty.

So, after coming to that conclusion, I took the MBAP out and put it on my 5 gallon bucket. Then I took the reservoir and rinsed it with scalding water. Then I filled it with scalding hot water and added a little hydrogen peroxide. I took a dab and let the reservoir sit with the hydrogen peroxide solution. Then I took a hydrogen peroxide soaked rag and wiped it down. Then rinsed intensely. Then rinsed with RO water... Basically I got a little high and went SUPER overboard with rinsing and washing. Everything was SPOTLESS.

Here comes the bad news... I was finishing up, super happy that I hadn't fucked it up yet (I was sure that I would), and then I fucked up. I had was wiping down the area on my lid that the cardboard had been on and then I quickly grabbed the alcohol. Without noticing it, the lid fell over with my MBAP inside of it. Unfortunately the MBAP appeared pretty rough. She is leaning over completely down. I put her in the res as fast as possible, but I think her roots were pretty badly damaged inside the pot. The lid hit the floor pretty hard and she shifted her riot rooter over. Hydroton went flying. My worst fear is that she broke off a lot of her root structure when the lid it.

This was by far the worst thing I have ever done to any of my babies.

So, all I am going to do now is take another dab, say oops, and hope that she isn't impacted too bad. I considered replacing her, but decided to let her at least try.

Here is some of the 'QWET' we made last night. Same stuff that made me attack my baby girl :sad::sad::sad:

Here is the reservoir after I pumped most of the water out of it. It looks pretty bad in this photo. You can see why I was so worried and why I washed it.

Here is the reservoir post cleaning!

Here it is running. Without the smaller pump.

res-1572.jpg

Added nutes up to 57ppm.

And lastly, we have Northern Cheese Haze... Sad for her sister.

NCH-1574.jpg

Lights

Still at 250 watts of 1212 citizen COBs (just realized I am at 250, not 200). Moved them down to 27 inches today.

Water/Feed/Nutes
Organic - No water since last update. May water tonight or tomorrow.
DWC - Sensi Bloom A+B - PPM is at 57.

pH

Organic - No water
DWC - Currently in the 5.6 to 5.9 pH range - Has been fluctuating

Air Temp
Low 70s to low 80s

Reservoir Temps

Currently 69.0 degrees :woohoo1:

Humidity
50% to 70% - managed to lower the airflow and increase humidity

Can you take a pic of the damage. Definitely let her try and recover, you know there are countless stories of people having lights fall on their plants stepping on their plants knocking brooms on their plants all kinds of crazy stuff and Shernoff at the end of the grow no damage. And if it is damaged beyond repair at least it wasn't a month and a half in lol

She really didn't sustain any visible damage. My concern was mostly with how the hydroton came out and she shifted in the riot rooter. Seemed like it would've torn her roots, which were really starting to thrive.

Also, her first leaves have always been a little weird since sprout. Unfortunately, I think her shell stuck on.
