Looking good, was told by a wise member on here to check buds below top buds for ambers as tops can change before the rest of the plant is ready… just trying to help out… check a couple nodes down the plant and see where those trichs are at.
So its safe to sat the cola will be cut down before the rest of the buds , that was my plan from what i'm understanding !

Hoping to join y'all "soon"!

Oh hey, shake the morning dew off of your outdoor girls to help prevent rot if you aren't doing it already.
edit: Can't say how many times I walk out the door and everything is bone dry BUT the air and "pocket pools" collected here and there.
If your posting here Ghin, you have already joined! With my OD girls, it was just a super wet moist summer. Didn’t think about bud rot at all… 65% humidity and weeks of rain spoiled by about 2 straight days of sun then every day rain for weeks. Then every day humid and rain in morning and humid and sun from noon on. Not a good recipe for the girls to thrive.

That is an option. A lot of growers on here will do two stage harvests. Shouldn’t hurt the plant, conversely it may speed up ripening. I will 2 stage if the lowers need more time!

Soon as you have all cloudy on lowers you’re good to go, if looking for a racy buzz take them mostly cloudy with some clear. Couch lock is mostly amber when its degrading to CBD and CBN. Balanced is mostly cloudy with some amber
I'm looking for that racy buzz, dont mind a slight couch lock, growing It's all NY,
looks like im gonna harvest 2 lady's for the weekend maybe get a little variety since i'm starting to see amber up top!

I’m doing a staggered harvest on my smallest plant. It’s a test plant in every way!!!! Just did a second harvest a few days ago. I haven’t a clue what “done“ is for me so I’m trying to experience different stages of “done” to see what I like—hoping to apply those lessons to the 2nd batch-with the goal of having something solid for the 3rd batch that is two weeks old! learning so much keeps it interesting and worthwhile!

That’s why I like it! You learn every grow and get better every cycle! Harvesting in stages is how you know what you like. I’ve done it a few times lol

Think I'm gonna hold off another day , Definitely not cutting down 2 this weekend.
just the cola on one of the plants, talking about getting excited and almost jumping the gun.

PS the new diy cardboard dry box ready to go @ 70 degrees / 48 percent humidity pretty much any where in my house

Temps getting close to 90 the next day or 2 with thunder storms tomorrow. Going to have to bring her inside I think until this passes.
Yeah see some more crazy weather headed our way ( Henri ) hopefully it stays to the east
