Indoor Nice Option's Garden of Intergalactic Delights

more ca and mag, less water
Thanks! If anyone knows their LEDs it's you. I'll push it up a little. Already hitting them with the top end of what I would normally but I'll raise it a bit and see how they get on.

Thanks for stopping by, it's much appreciated :pass:

DAY 18

Definitely stunted them, they should be further along at this point but I'm not too bothered. I feel like I'm beginning to figure out how LEDs work and differ from the HPS. Hopefully I can use that to help the next two that will be joining the party soon.

I'll be potting up soon, this evening or tomorrow I should think.
hello there i have a telos -008 plan to get another soon but iv been going 80-100cm for seedlings 60-70 for veg and anything down to 40cm for flower cal mag iv been as far as 2ml per liter the telos is very intense great penetration power you will find your lower bud much more dense nearly no fluff bud compared to hps with autos i rather let them grow up to the light rather than move it a bit of stretch never hurnt a auto best of luck mate if you can get your cal mag right the rest is easy and wait till you see the difference in resin production :d5:

Thanks for the help! There's not too many people using them on here. I have faith in them, I just need a few pointers and this is super helpful!

I'll start upping the cal-mag a little as they're on 1ml/litre at the moment and also begin to lower the lights a little. I was so nervous about frying them I was scared to go under 100cm but they're looking much stronger and healthier now. Temps have improved now too and they're looking much better for that as well.

A bit of stretch would be welcome! I'm hoping that will come soon... I'll be transplanting them into their final 15l pots this evening.

hey bro sorry for absence

girls are looking good mate, great start for wielding a new super powerful LED. slow starts are not the worst problem in the world, i used to think a slow start = smaller plant until i grew that HBSS, painfully slow out of the gate, very satisfied with size and yield still.

Hey! Yeah, i think they'll be fine tbh. Just gotta get em transplanted now and all my perlite is sat waiting for me in the post office. Gonna be an early schlep to and fro in the morning as I don't think turning up to work with a bag full of perlite and nutes is a great look.

Sometimes they just leave it outside the door though, which is definitely a less-good look :nono:

DAY 21

Transplanted them both this morning.

Obviously I'd like to have seen them get a little bigger by this point but transplanting revealed that they've been getting to work on the roots at least. A nice solid mass under there! Should've taken a pic but it's a delicate process and I needed both hands.

Anyways, they went into 15l fabric pots with a 70/30 coco/perlite mix with Great White dusted all over the transplant ditch. Gave a good feed and so far they seem fine. I've never had much trouble with transplants before but let's see...

Spring has very much sprung so the heater's been off for a few days now. Hopefully it won't be needed for some months now and temps have been settling around 25c, RH around 40 so we're sitting pretty and primed for lift off.

Oh and the lights have been lowered so we're at about 70cm from canopy now. I'd lower it a bit more but I'm hoping they get teased up to meet 60cm in a few days. Frankly moving the light up and down is a bit of nightmare too so I'd like to avoid it where possible. As great as the Telos might be, that thing weighs a ton.

Onwards and upwards. I'm off to get my battle plants germed. Critical Cheese and Super Skunk about to join the family and bring some old skool UK stank to the tent. Carbon filters at the ready!

Plants look great, Nice! I want to hear all about Zkittlez, as I had my eye on that strain for a while!
I've tried the photo variety and I can say that it does really live up to the hype. Not a million miles away from the Four Assed Monkey though.

Flavours are exactly what you'd expect. A bag of skittles pretty much sums it up. The 4AM has a kind of manure, barnyard funk to it that I actually really like which wasn't present in the Zkittles i tried though.

It's not too flooring either. Nicely balanced and definitely an any time of day smoke.

Who knows what the auto's like though. Not seen many people growing it and haven't come across a smoke report yet.
