Hi mate, I'm going to need some info like that as I have no idea of what the various strains do to you. I know as much that I want some CBD in my tinctures or rosins and I want almost all Indica not so much Sativa. I don't mind one bit getting the best high as possible and it's probably safer than the mix of pills and alcohol I take each evening.

Like you I have 24/7 chronic nerve pain mainly down to 2 things...Diebetes (peripheral neuropathy) and spine problems which started 30 years ago with me, my motorbike, and an argument with a lamp-post. I don't get drunk ever, alcohol has no effect on me like that but mixed with my pain meds taken all at once it can slightly ease the pain for maybe 35-45 minutes.....Anyway, I've rambled on again (I hardly ever sleep) so please excuse me.

If you don't mind the high that comes with higher thc strains then 1:1 or 1:2 ratio strains will do just fine.

It sounds like you and I suffer the same type of pain from spinal chord injuries. Ive grown a TON of strains to try to find the perfect cure for my pain...i have never found one, at least not from smoking. Making tincture on the other hand has had tremendous results using both high thc and high cbd strains as well as 1:1 ratio strains. I have had solid effects using Dutch Passion Auto White widow CBD(DP also has a couple of other auto cbd strains). Other breeders that offer cbd autos are sweet seeds(Sweet Nurse cbd) and Dinafem(they have 2-3 auto cbd strains). I highly recommend any of those breeders.
As for the 18" its not all that surprising. Depending on the strain, well grown autos can get from 1-5 feet in height. Depends on growing method and overall environment how big they will get.
I don't sleep a whole lot either...negative throwback from the upper neck injury.

120mg Codiene
2000mg Paracetamol
200mg Tramadol
200mg Amitriptyline
10mg lorazepam (Ativan)
22.5mg Zopiclone (Zimovane)
cetirizine (apparently it doubles the effect of painkillers)
1200mg Ibuprofen
Diclofenic
Lyrica
Aspirin
1/2 bottle of whiskey, With all the pills ground to dust for quicker action/effect.
I've had Morphine and the patches in the past too, but they didn't work.

Now my doctor arranged for me to see the pain clinic 'experts' who's only attitude was to tell me to stop taking any painkillers and learn to live with the pain!!! Hows about that for crass stupidity?

I will be making tinctures out of my first few plants on this grow. I have about a liter of everclear ready and waiting, so will now look at how to get the most from my grows making the said tinctures.

Quite the concoction indeed!! I gave up on doctors and the poison they push...on a strictly weed med regime now, and never felt better. I was prescribed oxy for almost a decade(along with scores of other scripts)....

Holy shit!!....I've been told that my liver is pushing against my ribs although I've had bugger all in tests yet except blood tests........Don't laugh, I have an appointment for a liver scan in February! (I guess they mean 2018? ) They tried to scan my kidneys (and I am being deadly serious here) they couldn't find them!!! WTF!

My wife was a chemo nurse in America so she knows what that's all about. Do you really get more relief from oils? and what kind of ratio CBD/THC? I don't mind gettin' high in the least, the only thing I hate is when something I take really makes my heart pound away but I'm hoping indica won't do this too much, am I right? I'm an old hippy & have had my share of acid and for a very short time the mighty 'H' call it what you will but it is a damn good pain killer but will only use that in my last days or weeks I'm here. Have you ever heard of CBD Brothers? That's where I buy my oils from and I use the red because I can't afford the black.

I've done a few pics tonight and recon my autos are nearing harvest. I'll try and upload a pic or two, see what you think?

Personally i like to chop at 80% cloudy and 20% amber. Maximum weight and potency.

Hey man im just a newbie myself, bout halfway through first grow, so can't give ya any advice unfortunately. But there's heaps of cool guys on here like @912GreenSkell & @jingo hope ya don't mind me tagging ya bro.

I take heavy thc indica BVZ oil, i tink? anyway, i chuff a bit of CBD, to negate the thc buzz, as im not too keen on the high ya know. Anyway, it helps me massively getting through my chemotherapy, which is what im doing right now. Im just chilled from the oil, and cruising through another 3 day chemo round - which is long! Much longer without the oil, as i dont any major side effects from chemo.

Anyway, hope some of these guys can help you out on the tri-chromes. Good luck mate!
