2 days ago I paint all pots black, yesterday came out from soil 55. the lucky thing is I buy 6 pack seed each 10pcs and I find 63 , germinated 62 
. the germination percent is 103,33%
yesterday I see one plant with double stalks , will post today pics , what happens ? I didn't put there 2 seed just 1.

This is one nice set up. You've had to do this before? For a novice this is quite a BIG task of a grow. Very well done.
I can say I'm really really lucky. didn't make any fatal big mistake. should the light change to 12/12 ? or it's fine with 18/6.

Keep it at 18/6.
Like all living creatures they like to "rest" a bit. Keeping a dark period helps keep the girls in balance. I've read that switching to 12/12 may decrease yield.
