The search for a fan within £100 commences...thanks...i thought I could do a run without but fuck me.
Mum uses the green for back pain but coz of sinus couldnt distinguish it, just said suttin smells funny...

Glad you are going to work it out!! Sorry if I cam off a bit harsh, folks don't seem to really understand just how heinous the drug laws are and what they can do if they want. Really terrible.
Just so you have an idea of what I have been through chasing odor and ventilation problems. I am legal in my area for medical so I can grow my own. I own my own house and have built a room in my basement just for growing. I have three filters, one in each of two tents and a larger one for the whole room. The whole room unit also is used to cool my two cool tube HID fixtures, it has a 6" 440 CFM fan and a 6"x30" filter, this fan exhausts into the rest of the house. Each tent has a 6x18" filter with a 240 CFM booster type fan that exhausts into the room. I have an ozone generator plugged in outside the room and a 5 gal ONA bucket at the top of the stairs. This really works well and most time there is not an issue, but sometimes my wife complains about the odor! Sheesh!!!
Edit: Silent it is not. You can hear a rush of air by the exhaust vent on the outside, inside it is a good bit louder from the fans.

If you can fit a 4" Rhino filter in your cab, could you find somewhere outside or underneath that could house the fan?
After work I am heading over to a hydro shop to get the rhino pro kit for £115. I would ask the mrs for a lift but her pregnancies really shit and shes bedbound. All the more reason I want this harvest as I have seen evidence it helps with nausea and sickness.
I need to plan about space, I just about fit my cabinet within the wardrobe LOL....let tomorrow come.
BDW just to update, I found a hole in the stem of plant one, plant 2 has been given a haircut as the big fanleaves were covering the smaller growth.
