That's gotta be rough ditching the gluten, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. At least you got some good alternatives now days! Won't get started on the sourdough bakeries around SF, but it's one of the first things I do when I get off the plane . Ain't real sourdough unless you gotta worry about having to go top the dentist!
When I first went gluten free the choices were dismal in the market but now you can get lots of really good products. The only thing I have not been able to find is a good sourdough english muffin. The owner of the GF Bakery says he doesn't have a recipe developed and it is not on the horizon. I ask for them every time I go in
