I went looking for GF sourdough english muffins and have concluded I must bake them myself! I am going to see if I can buy some starter from the GF Bakery? I can make my own from scratch if necessary but I like old strains if I can find them GF? Other than that the english muffin process is not that hard. It is a PITA to keep a starter alive but I am desperate.
