We always had pickled pigs feet stored in big ass glass jars. I've never heard of pig jelly before. But the pigs feet are very gelatinous

I imagine pig jelly would be rendered collagen….with or without other meat bits….sometimes called head cheese (not actual cheese)..or a few other names..
