Yeah…I’ve got a connection though. I’m gonna be making some extract with bourbon this winter.

What's your take on this? Was always under the assumption that "SOS" was either made with ground beef or that weird dried beef in a jar stuff. Biscuits and gravy is usually sausage...Could be me, a regional thing, or just whatever ya got

The feds have warehouses full of frozen ground beef, yellow cheese (aka welfare cheese), and 25-pound blocks of frozen butter. So federal institutions use all three by the pallet-load, which they can requisition for a song. I heard that the government purchases those commodities by the trainload as a farm subsidy, and maybe as a strategic reserve.

Well I can’t find the bottle and too stoned too search but saw my mom stuffing a vodka bottle with vanilla beans couple days ago to make her own extract!
