Aunt made chili n cornbread yesterday
Its that time of year! She makes good chili but she made a cheap version this time, still good just a little bland by comparison. She only likes the cornbread plain but when I make it for me or other ppl i like to throw crumbled bacon and a little cheddar in the mix

I love my instant pot.
Saute deglaze and cook all in one appliance. Made more beans and soups

It's big though. One day I needed a place to set the lid and I set it on a hot burner.

Now I'm shopping for a lid

@JP1 @Saltysparrows vanilla extract made with vodka! 1 batch with madigascar beans and 1 with ugondan beans! Think my mom got the beans off amazon!
