I can't remember me ever not loving momma's cooking though, so I bet it was good. Kraft seems to be the world largest peddler of E621 (something, modified starch I believe). I got a list from the docs with stuff I should treat like poison, and it seems to start with Krafts lineup of food items.
It's good. I'm not saying it's "disgusting". It is incredible. Which is why I today have to eat according to professional instructions.
