The Twizzlers my wife brings home from work are so fresh, u hold the end and it just folds over and touches the other end, soooo fresh. I have a bunch of family that works at the Reeses plant.

Fresh twizzlers are bangin. Totally different animal then what I get at a supermarket or convenience store

My cousin wanted me to come work at the M&M factory with her, but their work schedule sucked. 12 hrs, 3 on 2 off, but she did get to retire at 55 with a nice pension.

I've got family that own a fudge and chocolate company. Been around probably 75 years now. My 1st job was filling chocolate molds and packing candy. I'll give you a tour next time you're up around my way

I love fudge but have yet to find any mass produced stuff i like! Most stuff from like a fudge shop etc its really hard like a brick of chocolate whereas homemade stuff (similar to homemade gummies) is usually much softer and melts in your mouth! At least stuff my mom makes does! I need to learn how to make it since not that difficult! Measure ingredients properly and its just a matter of slowly simmering and stirring til it hits target temp!

We have a little candy store up town that makes all their own stuff, Wertz candies, their fudge is what u would love.

In my area "dairy bars" are a big thing. Every down has one or two. Its an ice cream place, but they also do like burgers, dogs, friend shrimp, fries, stuff like that.

Like 70% of their business is ice cream. But their food isn't bad.
