true, but the market ain't the one that was here five years ago. The cost of skilled labour has gone up, availability of skilled workers has gone down, and neither is likely to improve for employers any time soon.

If those photos are representative, I have never seen anything like that selection for frost. Wow. Has anyone grown some of this gear and journalled it here?

I've noticed that a lot of the youth i deal with aren't interested in learning a trade, or in higher education. They don't learn basic skills in school any more. I guess I shouldn't talk though, I didn't graduate college 'til I was nearly 40.

My next purchase will be one of those heated dab tools….just slides right off

Dab tool in a pinch! I WAS in a pinch when I used it. I couldn't find my dab tool from the Swordfish...it fell out somewhere.
But it's now my dab tool of choice to load my Swordfish. I Stick it in my rosin jar and pull up some rosin and twirl the pin around to collect the 'ribbon' of rosin coming up from the pot. It forms a nice little ball on the end of the pin. When I have it big enough, I just stick the end of the pin in the rosin coil, with the Swordfish standing up. I just heat the pin with my light or torch and then lift the pin out. No muss, fuss, or mess!
