@MikaelAndréasSöderberg ...you don't need music..the birds and the bees have it......I've got a carob tree that flowers late....and you can hear the bees 4 ft away.......hypnotic....

I miss my bee hives!
The year I grew many acers of Israeli Ogden melons/cantaloupes.
That honey was so damn good!
Hairy vetch kinda tasted like clover honey.

I Would Love bee hives.....sigh.....

When I bought my farm, my Uncle gave me his two hives and his beekeeping and honey harvesting equipment.
He wuz sly! He still got his honey.




But I turned it back on him..............He had to come and get it!


Never had a sleep problem back then.....other than not enough of it most times!
Corporate job, farm with veggies and animals and being a single parent for a long time...................makes a dead tired Wild Bill at the end of the day.
At one time, I said, "Thank God they put lights on tractors!"

Later on, "I wonder what SOB slave driver put lights on tractor?"

I'd trade in a heartbeat to be back then and busting my ass. I hurt really bad back then, but was able to push through. "Life" kept me motivated. Really didn't have much of a choice! There were just too many people depending on me to stop.

Motivation is difficult to come by far too often these days..............ESPECIALLY with covid.

Fuggin crazy times!

I remember trying to grasp the concept Mrs. Baker brought up in her third grade class. I don't remember what led up to the subject, but I can still see her standing in front of the class and asking us to figure out how old we will be when the new century gets here. I remember shouting it out first and who was around me. I also remember Tommy saying very loudly, "You won't be alive, Mrs Baker."

All this BS we have today from all directions...................................................

AND WE STILL DON'T HAVE FLYING CARS!!!!
