I'm trying to get my husband to go in for a sleep study. He scares me at night when he falls asleep before I do cause I can literally hear what sounds like his breath getting caught and then he starts breathing again a few seconds later. Mostly only when he sleeps on his back, when I hear it I wake him up and make him roll over.

I got mine done, yeah the machine is a pain in the ass but I feel great now. It's a motivation to lose weight so I don't need it anymore.

If he does have it, it is a genetic thing cause he's like 150lbs even. His sister and brother both have it I think so I would not be the slightest bit surprised.

Yeah some aren't so lucky that way, I might be in the same boat due to my abnormal growth of a tongue. But I'm pretty sure I just need to step on the treadmill and eat better haha

Between @Jean-O and the seedstockers beans I've got incoming I've actually got a reason to walk down to the mailbox lmao. Tbh though once the beans from Jean get here I probably won't be checking until someone stateside says their beans are here lol.

Same thing here…..totally lost the desire to drink…..haven’t had any alcohol in six months or so…. Probably for the best lol….. I had a tendency to over indulge on a much too regular basis.

Yeah that's my problem. I don't drink often, but when I do I try to drink all the drinks.
