Probably another stupid question, but what is the difference between the 500 and 700ppm scales? EC on my water treated with absorbic acid is .2EC, 100ppm on the 500 scale, 140 on the 700 scale, and 2CF? Which should I be using? Would EC be most accurate?

PH was reading 7.3 or something like that? I'd have to double check cause the number has poofed from my memory already lol. I know it was 7.8 or so from the tap. But thats for plain waiter, no nutes added.

EC is the best, IMO. If you only use EC you can forget about the different scales - unless you have to use someone else's ppm numbers, in which case you have to know what scale they are using. The meters only measure EC anyway, they just convert it to an estimated PPM. Some meters use 500, some 700 for the conversion, which can make for confusion. Your meter is reading in millisiemens, lots of others including mine measure in microsiemens - the same unit, just different decimal place. Your meter says 0.2, mine says 200.

When hubby got his Lenses replaced he was absolutely Gutted when he realise how wrinkly he was........his cataracts kept him forever young....

When I met hubby he was 50..and his eyes were Bad already. He had greenish/muddy eyes...like a crocodile........he got his lenses done....his eyes were actually Blue......
It was Weird....I had been married to him around 20 years...and his lenses were so occluded I didn't know he had blue eyes...

REALLY, wow, when my right eye started clouding it was only a year or so before I couldn't see shit out of it...Only the right 1 so that's all they would replace. 20/20 right eye, 20/800 left eye...300 bucks for a new set of glasses, I don't think so, those lenses are too easy to pop out the frames. Now with no insurance I'm really scared of my left starting to cloud up.
