Hey guys. Downloaded a ppfd-meter-app and took a measuring. At this distance wich i think they grow good its only around 300ppfd. According to others they need 600-700ppfd to grow well.

The phone apps tend to be hit-or-miss depending on the app, your camera, and your light. Photone sounds like it's the most accurate. But even then - they're best used for rough differences between spots, not actual / accurate PPFD levels.
But, if you are actually low - you can extend the light hours a bit to make up for it.

If you got the Photone App it needs to be calibrated. You need to find the PPFD specifications from your light Manufacturer. Tell the app the type of light you have and enter the PPFD info from the vendor. After that it will be fairly accurate, at least it is for me.
DLI is a better measure than just the PPFD and you really want 1000 PPFD or at least 38 DLI as a minimum. DLI can be utilized up to a maximum of 60 DLI per day.
