Well, I should be good for the next two weeks at least. I'm actually thinking of getting a little greenhouse for the balcony, I'm really not looking forward to trying to find places inside for all the cacti. Just gotta figure out a way to insulate the floor, cause I feel like the deck is going to get colder than the ground temp would.

Insulation board coated with foil made from phenolic foam, then cover that with some sort of board for aesthetics.
Polysterene/Styrofoam will also work but crumbles more easily but still stay pretty rigid if not moved around.
Different thicknesses will give you different R values, check on line for the R value.
Foilcoated bubble wrap is not an insulation material but is a radiant barrier and has an R value of 1.3 and will keep mild chills away and is good for wrapping around pots because of it's flexibility . The more layers of foil bubble wrap the higher the R value will be. Foil coated bubble wrap if used for building insulation needs a 1" gap between itself and the wall. It is the trapped layer of air and the reflective radiant barrier between the wall and foil bubble wrap that gives the building it's insulation properties, not the foil bubble wrap itself.
The R-value of 3/8-inch-thick foil-faced bubble wrap is about 1.3. The R-value of 3/8-inch-thick foil-faced expanded polystyrene foam is about 1.6. By contrast, 2 inches of extruded polystyrene insulation has an R-value of 10.
