I ate a couple pounds or more of Dungeness crabs once, woke up in the middle of the night with all of my joints swollen and red and painful. The ER doc laughed at me and said to much purine from the crab. He told me not to be such a pig and lay off all shellfish for a while.

Take and bake from the Italian grocery only $16 and its 2 meals for me and aunty. The ingredients are so good from this place. Their sauce is a little bit sweet and peppery
