Even though it is one of the hottest days of the year, I could not bear another sandwich for dinner.

Yes, indeed pan seared, fresh corn on the cob cooked a new way, I like it a lot. Fresh corn cold water bring to 180°F / 82.2°C turn heat off cover and let steep 10 min up to 30 min max. The corn is plump, sweet and tender, Green salad. As your strength builds a meal like this is not complicated to prepare.
