I am an old pro at underwatering so this would def be my top guess! Is 2” deep enough to get the roots nice and covered?

Yeah I think underwatered may be the answer. Maybe a third of the roots are in water when it floods... The healthiest looking ones have the largest roots.

Upped it to 15on/15off for the flood now. They should pull through when the roots stretch a little more.
