heat was a b-word back then for sure! Hope you get it dialed. You thinking they’re just old and run hot? I checked my new light when i got it and with no exhaust fan in the 2x2x4 running for 8hrs temps only got to 87* that was at 100%. Is your exhaust fan pulling heat directly from the light or the top of the tent?
Theyre 8-10 year old leds. Should only have about 30k hours, but being so dated im only getting 500-700ppfd with 600w(4x4) Exhaust is at the top of the tent blowing out a window. A large fan hangs and blows the lights towards the exhaust. Intake near the AC vent blowing in... Didnt really notice at my old place I had a dedicated room with its own AC. Now I'm crammed in the corner of the bedroom lol.
Probably pick up another light next month when the budget allows lol.but after doing the math i really think i should be fine. It can hit a DLI of 64.5 while staying in high 70s-low 80s temp wise so i should be fine for autos but might need a little boost for photos. It also says it has uv and deep red specifically plus full spectrum. I think ill be golden. Shoot if i can hit a gram per watt i think ill be fineHLG 200 Rspec®

, i wasnt going for yields when i set it up i just want the buds to be able to reach their potential and thanks to @Mañ'O'Green s info i understand DLI now lol. I still might go ahead and add another just so i can run two at lower%s and get the same amount of light with lower heat and still have the power for sativa photos
We used a piece of piano wire bent a certain way, inserted at the bottom of the dial on rotary payphones. Every time you turned it, it would register $0.25... In those days you could make international calls for a few dollars in quarters. Then they came out with push-button payphones and we had to carry a bag of real quarters.Exploding beepers and walkie talkies! Good thing that didn't happen in the 90s. Can you fit a portable AC in the lung room, vented out a window? My grow got up to 99°F this Summer, so I added a portable AC next to the dehumidifier. The dehumidifier puts out a ton of heat when the weather is humid:

What strains have yall grown with pink or purple trichs? Had a tangerine dream that had purple trichs. Id like to make a list of strains with purple or pink trichomes as the novelty has always tickled me. If you have ever grown a strain with any colored trichones other than the standard clear, white, amber, would you please leave a comment on what the strain was?
