from my understanding they used to use a synthetic PGR(1-napthyl-acetic-acid), but that was removed a while ago. It was replaced with Kelp Extract(which also contains PGR’s but from a natUral source). So if you are using kelp than you are using PGRs anyway, which kelp is an ingredient in SO many organic fertilizer programs.
