Good Morfnoevight All! EO'n'Dabs.

The leftover Tonkatsu reheated in the airfryer were just as crispy and delicious as the first day served. The corn was past its prime harvest, tasted like field corn. The cabbage salad with Thai dressing was very good.

I have discovered the best Chicken Fried Steak GF Breading.

Season your meat (beef, pork, poultry or fish) with salt and pepper, dredge in Potato Starch shake off loose starch and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Make a batter with:

5.3 oz ice cold water (substitute beer for fish)
1 medium egg
3.2 oz GF Baking flour

dredge in batter let drain then:

Dredge in GF Panko Bread Crumbs fry in hot oil 325°F over med heat. do not over crowd the pan because if you use too high of a heat on the pan you can scorch the GF breading. GF flours burn at a lower temperature than wheat flours.
Don’t tell that to @Mañ'O'Green He didn’t get the memo about aging out of dabbing…..
You'll have to slap me on the back to get me to exhale my last dab after I am dead. 😵
