Not really other than some crazy landscaping, grading the entire property, extra gutters n downspouts with really long drain lines, and sometimes they still end up jacking up the house so drain tile is cheaper.

I've already done all of that. Crazy thing is I'm literally on top of a hill but my well is right next to the house and only 30ft deep. But, somehow we've got a really high water table here. But this area is known for the quality of the water
