Just corn flour @Blue_dreamer .....?.....I use cornflour all the time.........it hasn't got guten in .... :shrug: ...so why a gluten free one @PinkyNotTheBrain...?
Mexican masa is a nixtamalized corn flour. It is cooked before it's ground up, so it forms dough when mixed with water. European settlers in N. America who didn't learn from the Indians to boil the corn with wood ashes to nixtamalize it suffered and died from pellagra, a vitamin deficiency disease.
 
I have found that eradicating a bug in my environment is impossible I just wound them to a small number so they are more controlled


When you are Outdoor there is a 10% Mother Nature Tax......... :biggrin: ...but if anything tries taking more than that of anything I'm growing.......
