:toke: You do you bro but I'd have a hard time putting in that much time into a plant just to can it.. At that point your over half way lot of time effort and money to get a plant to that point.. I am a pessimist so I would be thinking what if the next plant is garbage too then I'd be waiting months for a harvest :nono: But like I said before that's just me fearing the worst case scenario always:condom::oops1::face:
yeah I get you, I'm sitting on alot of herb and have 5 plants going at different stages, plus about to pop 3 more in a few days so that's why I'm more like hey, screw this lagger. If it was my only plant or had any local growmies I wouldn't have wasted it. Just on a schedule here so hate holding it up for 1 plant

My strawberry cheesquake was the same as yours with the 3 fingered leaves. I ended up keeping the tops and just tossing most of it in the compost pile, but wasn't worth the space
That's where mine went :crying:
Plus you got me popping seeds every 3 weeks with this 1 gallon pheno killer style. Thanks for that advice!

yeah I get you,
:whew:
I'm sitting on alot of herb

:face:I'm not I smoke too much and press everything which eats up a harvest pretty quick.. I need to get off my ass and go get dry ice and cookies:haha: Then I can shake a bunch of my trimmings I got and I'd probably be set :baked:

Good morfnoevight All you happy Monday Live Stoners.

I got a 1/4" of rain and I think a gust of wind snapped one of my fence posts. I have the side that covers the posts so I need to wait to talk to the neighbor but it moves too easy. Hilary is not done until late tonight and a county north of me is under tornado watch.

Yeah...I fell asleep early..... :pass: ...I Swear I get a sleep allowance.........no such thing as catch up for me.....

It would Probably be a great time to start work........but the coffee has a stronger Call.......

It is really rare here in summer but RH was 100% all night, sticky as heck.

I haven’t been able to get any cuttings for a while. I bought some seeds, but I overwatered them.
How often should you water a small seedling? How much?
I use 1.5" rock wool starter cubes, they can hold too much water if you are not careful. While I am germinating seeds I have one that is unseeded as a control. I heft the one without a seed to determine when it is time to water the cubes again and then water all of them including the control. I don't want to lift the seeded cubes until it is time to transplant limiting the potential damage to the tap root. I transplant into 6" RW cubes ASAP once the seeds have germinated. The 6" cubes hold almost 1 gallon of water and I do not water the cube again for 9 days while the plant grows roots throughout the cube.

What you need to learn about watering will come with practice. Here are the basic rules: Never let the soil dry out. Soil and or coco can become hydrophobic if allowed to dry. This means it repels water. This in turn will create dry pockets in the soil and the roots and microbes will die there. If your soil - coco have accidentally dried out use a surfactant to help re-wet it. I like yucca powder. Don't let soil remain soggy by watering too much too often. Root rot, damping off, molds, fungus gnats and other problems start in soggy soil. When you do water water the entire pot. How to learn when to water starts before you plant the seed. Fill your container with fresh soil/coco and weigh it (heft it) this is the lightest weight and consider it a dry pot. Now slowly water until the soil/coco will no longer absorb the water and run-off begins; weigh the pot (heft it) this is the maximum water, the wettest the pot can get. The difference between wettest and driest is the maximum water weight, for ease of explanation lets just say the water weighs 20 pounds. When the pot loses 10 pounds (half of the water weight) it is time to water again. Slowly wet ALL of the soil until run-off begins. There is an art to watering. Make sure there is an air gap under your pot, you do not want runoff to be reabsorbed and if no air then anaerobic microbes can grow. This is a cause of root rot.

Woulda probably been fine with it if I was making it into bubble or sift since the whole plant was frosty, but wasn't worth the time to trim it for smoke or rosin. These are tops :yoinks: I'm also pretty well stocked but kept the tops to at least try it out

I just got a smoke report on the Double Bubble, My tester said it is in the all time top 5 best smokes. This is an amazing statement coming from a guy that can eat 70mg and still function. I will get more information about flavor and the such later.
