 I’d be worried about spraying my plants down during late flower. Guess I can’t argue with that but is it suppose to treat/kill or just prevent the mold  above my paygrade :toke::goodluck:

I feel you. Is the medicine worse than the illness?

But people grow weed outside, and it rains, and that turns out alright most of the time.

I don't think it treats as well as non organic alternatives, but I do think it helps prevent. And I wanted to prevent the bud rot from spreading to the other plants. They are in early flower, buds aren't dense at all.

I just made sure to apply in the morning so they wouldn't be sitting in the dark and damp.

I'm also going to give another round of ozone treatment, that is likely what will help kill that shit the most. Just have to be careful because you can kill your plants with it, you can't let them sit in ozone for too long.

U need to totally chop iff and remove those areas cuz thats mold and it will spread! Sucks bro i have had that couple times recently and u def don’t want to leave those areas on the plant! Also try trimming out some inner leaves to o open up some airflow!

Yeah, it was a super dense plant because I was fucking around with bonsai techniques just having fun with it. Been thinking about bonsai'ing a couple photo mothers so I can keep them long term. I don't have a recent photo of it, but the buds are just jammed together.

Its been trimmed and hung now, it was close enough to harvest time that I decided to just chop it and dry it. I cut any of the bad spots out.

It sounds like yes with the adjustments in increased diet /supplements and insulin i would heal , if i could stay on true bed rest. But there's the problem
Hey my friend…just a quick tip. ….

I became permanently disabled because I had several fractured vertebrae, and herniated disk’s….. but kept trying to suck it up, ignore the problem, tough it out etc. …. And it worked for a while, until it didn’t.

I was also not sleeping because of insomnia (from PTSD that I didn’t know I had) and the pain.

One evening, my body had just had enough and I had a seizure that left me unconscious for several hours, woke up in the ER….. it’s like during the seizure, something happened and reset my pain tolerance to zero. I woke up in pain like I had never had before. And it stayed that way. I didn’t start getting used to the new baseline of pain for like five years. On top of that, I got nerve damage from not getting things taken care of, that left me with numbness and tremors in both hands….which made me unable to utilize my fall back plan from when I was no longer able to go back to war…..

Moral of the story….do whatever is necessary to heal NOW…. Or this can turn into a life changing disability, like it has for me…

@PinkyNotTheBrain I'm also dealing with insulin shit. I was diagnosed with diabetes about 2 years ago.

I had my A1C down to 5.5 and was feeling good about things. But after my dad passed I started letting myself drink heavily again. Fasting blood sugar was 195 this morning. Ugh. I'm going to not drink for a few days and test myself again and see where I'm at.

I've developed a pretty shitty habit of a 6 pack of 16oz cans of strong beer every night and I really really need to stop.

Got it, so it was fungal. Thats what I was thinking because I did not see any signs of parasites.

That plant was the result of me fucking around trying to bonsai an autoflower. It was a white label "big bud" from Linda's in a 1 gal grow bag.

I went ahead and chopped it and cut out anything questionable looking.

And all the other plants are getting a dose of antifungal.

But this was 99.9% likely a case of extremely dense plant with zero airflow.
Just so u know once those mold spores bloom it has already spread spores around the entire tent so u need to watch everything and spray really good!

People deal with mold all the time outside…..

Smoking bud that’s contaminated with spores can cause long term lung issues, that could potentially lead to more serious issues. Not worth it, imo….

Ozone generator was ran in the tent for 20 minutes with the exhaust fan turned off. When I opened the tent, a white mist of ozone came out, lol. I'll do it again tomorrow, too.

I think the question is, am I risking causing additional mold issues by spraying the buds with water with fungicidal bacteria?

eg, I'm spraying bud with water which can cause bud rot, but I'm spraying with water that contains bacteria to help prevent it. Is the treament worth the results?

I don't know. I'll find out, though.

And I agree, I would never smoke moldy bud. What I caught today was harvested and trimmed off the buds before they were hung to dry, and I will be checking daily to see if any more appears on them while they are drying out.
