Bromelain is an enzyme from pineapples that digests protein
And that's why I added a bit of pineapple to my FAA concoction!
I have yet to stir it, just push down the sugar cap a little to get a bit of nice oily sample! :eyebrows:
I'm just past 6 weeks. With the addition of the pineapple, this stuff should be pretty damn close. I gotta find my damn ph paper before I stir it. The bubbles are getting fewer and fewer.

Look at that oily goodness! I don't know, but I think I may not even have to strain this stuff. Should be interesting to see. I've got my jars all ready!:headbang::headbang:


Edit................. The junk on the sides of the two and a half gallon bucket there are from the Fermenting bubbles coming up and popping!
