Bought me a 6 pack since i had a reward that expired in a week for 2 free regular cookies! Figured I didn’t exactly need 14 cookies for myself! I only eat 3 at a time anyways and usually kinda full after 2 and will be about 20 min before i finish em off!

Just about down for the night, need a little bit more pain med for my knee. Seeing the doctor first thing in the morning. Had a little fall and something is out of place in my replacement knee.

Personal recommendation......

If you get the kind of pain that doesn't move with ordinary pain killers..nerve pain..deep muscle spasms...

Get a bottle of Olbas oil...this one...

It is like tiger balm on steroids...and can knock the pain off long enough for you to get to sleep.... when all else fails.....

I threw the rest in the big pot..........you can guarantee if they are in the right place... they'll not pop......sods law....
