Shrimp and avocado tostadas and the first white corn of the year from Florida. Brought the shrimp back with me from Carolina last weekend right off the boat. Amazing the difference compared to shitty grocery store farmed shrimp!

They all remind me of what I'm looking for but nothing super close just yet, but it's there. A lot of familiar smells. Definitely takes me back. But they all seem to change smells from stem rubs by the week. Got skunk and pine and sour and sharp and the garage smelled rotten today. So it's there, just haven't got it in 1 spot yet. Just getting to the point where I can start to smell them in the garage. Each is definitely different but you can tell they're in the same neighborhood. Got a good 6 weeks to go
