Been scrounging around looking for my silver half dollar all morning and can't figure out where I put it. Put it away to make CS with and I'd hate to go buy more silver THEN find it.

Afternoon @Feenix :pass:..sharing one.....

Ah man...Peacocks..........

Long ago holiday in a Scottish caravan park...the place was over run with peacocks and they used to crash land on the caravan roofs early in the morning and Squawk.....they are bloody big birds...so it sounds as if the roof was coming in.....:pass:...I've got plenty memories........sigh...

Good afternoon Mossy, they can be a pain. My home was on their daily feeding route in the woods next door. On stilts, its roof was the highest in the area and they would fly up the short distance to the roof over the steps and climb it to the roof. When all his hens were accounted for, the male would fly and they would follow to the yard next door, defeating the fence the owner had put up to keep out the Peacocks. :rofl: :rofl:

Breaded or beer batter, can't decide.
:rofl: .... Like a fish??? :crying::crying:

If i absolutely had to cook a peacock, I'd be treating it like a Duck or Pheasant, Maybe cook the breasts in a cherry or orange glaze. I'd serve it with dauphinoise potatoes and rich gamey jus

I think a glass of red would be a lovely pairing . something not too heavy ... like (oooh i don't know) a Pinot Noir

:drool::drool:

I'm not that refined. Open fire, stick up it's rear, cook till the feathers are burned off.

So there was a lot of chopping and pruning and now i've made space, i grow extra things in pots so i can move them around, and not stuck with them

Perfect Planning :pass: ....the Bees are going to Love you.......

Any Snap Dragons in for the girls...........?........the flower shapes make perfect finger puppets for little fingers..........

My Nasturtiums are making me Smile every day now.
Instant sunshine colours......I bought 1 pack for 69 cents 3 years ago...and they have self seeded/germinated every year since.

Ground cover....I have a 10 ft x 2 ft wedge of them sticking out from behind the plant pots along the front of the patio ...gloriously radiant...

Whew... dogs got their biquits, wife got her sausage croissant, dishes done, coffee ready for tomorrow, laundry put away.....a moments respite with a bowl and a corona.
