I swear @Mañ'O'Green , you must be the best neighbor to have. Everytime I read a post you're doing a new thing I like. From growing, to brewing, to pickling stuff... Are we related a bit in the distance?

If you like fermented fish foods too... oh brother.

What's your stance on pickled herring? Lutefisk?

For me, nothing better than matjes herring aka "soused herring" ( I prefer the raw variety but I'm an old guy with old tastes! hah!)

My Dad loved that 'stuff' too.

No, I don't do pickled fish. I don't have anything against it. Ms. MOG does not like fish so................

Tomorrow we will make Bread and Butter pickles and some pickled cocktail onions. Winter meat loaf sandwiches with B&B pickles - Oh yeah. The bunching red onions need to be harvested. I take spells of just eating a few pickled onions with potato chips an no I am not pregnant. The watermelon and corn are peeking out of the ground. The zinnia seeds were planted yesterday.

finishing off the night with some Maiden after my long drive, some quick meds and beer before I turn in.
