The dairy cow meat is pretty good quality. Structure is quite a bid different and they don't dress out as well as beef cattle.I was looking for a link for Spain eating 8-9 year old dairy cow steaks.....................the say the Beefiest tasting beef..........

Wagyu has a different fat distribution than dairy cow and the fat is not yellow. It looks like the VS pic in your post.
My personal beef was fed out for 6 months in a tiny paddock. Absolutely the best beef I've ever eaten.
After my first two calves, all my cattle were organically raised.
