If I never saw another microbe in my DWC it will
Be too soon. I do everything I can to kill everyone. H2o2 and hygrozyme will do the trick.

Heres what bothers me. Bacteria, even the good ones prefer a ph of seven and will create slime that will raise the ph of the rhizophere to 7. So if a bac. colony starts a rhizophere and exudates slime at a ph 7 causing ph climb. Excess of even benifical bac. will create a slime coat on the roots and hinder water and nute uptake. You will be starting a war hoping neither side wins.

Well thank you cody that is some solid advice thank you and I will not add any +rep

If the grow and bloom formulas can not stand alone and grow a beautiful large plant then the nutes are not worth spit and it's time to get new.

Ohh I can tell by the way they act in my soil the AN is going to be off the chain. I'm new to dwc and don't know the do's and dont's. That's what I started this thread to get solid info from the people that have done it already.

You might wanna get a different brand of Cal/Mag to bro. I bought some of that and used it a few times and started having some crazy problems. Goto reference links and read “Understanding Calcium and Magnesium".It's cause they use calcium and magnesium carbonate, which plants don't uptake as well as calcium nitrate. I use bontanicare with no issues now.

yup I planned on getting some new cal/mag. This is what I was using with my organics and had it lying around. Thanks jackal :smokebuds:

I am pulling for you and AN. If you get steady growth and ph stability with the veg I'm buying.

So, when are you gonna retire that title? :smoke:
