My rule of thumb for drying is humidity/10 plus a day, so for 65% humidity I'll dry 7.5 days.

I dry the entire stem hanging upside down from a sock rack.

As it gets close, check it by feel, and put it in a jar with a humidity sensor for a few hours to stabilize.

Once it reaches 65 I put it in vacuum burp jars to cure.

As it begins to cure you'll notice the mowed grass smell lessening in the first 1-2 weeks. It will continue to improve for at least the next 30 days.

Do you have any hygrometers in the bags?
