Sweet Seeds Hecno has Red Poison .

Day 38 and what a week , now I don't know what is going on here but I had one hell off a growth spurt , from 45 cm to 70 cm , she is now on 1.8 ml grow - 2 ml bud candy - 2 ml carbo load - 1/2 ml Bloom cal/mag as it has a higher nitrogen 5.2-0-0 , she also got a foliar spay at 1/2 ml silica , to me she looks a bit sparse and has very little colour at he moment , [ disclaimer here ] anything not right with my plants is due to me and my level of growing --NOT- sweet seeds -- I forget to tell you , The pot , as I am playing around with pumice stone this time I made layers as you can see in the photo .

What is the pumice supposed to do; and what is layering supposed to do? Does pumice perform, such as absorb/hold water, like Hydroton or other clay pebbles? How course, small or big, pieces of pumice are you using - more like sand or 1-inch rocks?

Pumice stone -- size about the same as your little finger nail , and yes it will absorb and hold water after time and it will release oxygen as well , my thought on this idea was to increase the amount of oxygen to the roots as well as having good drainage . The pots have 10 ml holes all around the outside , I made my own pots . So I am thinking that once they get to the edge of the pots they will air prune and the roots in the pumice will have a good supply of oxygen , so far the best lay out is with the THC Bomb I have growing , I can run 1 1/2 ltr every 2 days though it and no water logging , which I believe means the plant can get more oxygen ? The pot with the THC Bomb has a core of dirt in it , this I like better . I am just about to start a outdoor photo grow and have made up a 200 odd ltr pot to try . Now I have no science behind this , it is just what I observe . I have not taken a plant to a full grow yet but I am liking it at this stage . just found this .-----

The cultivation of non-soil is a pioneering method of production in greenhouses, as the producer avoids the use of pesticides, substances with effects on health and the environment in order to disinfect the soil. According to this method of cultivation, the plants do not grow in a natural soil, but they grow in pumice (substrate) in which fertilizers have been added in appropriate quantities. In this way, the spread of pathogens that causes soil-borne diseases is avoided. No chemical disinfectants are used for their treatment , as well as no chemicals are used for the control of weeds. Therefore, the use of pesticides is significantly reduced and it is kept to those which are not toxic to humans and are degraded very quickly in nature.

LAVA pumice stone, the unique natural substrate, has excellent performance as a horticultural growing medium, considering that it is free of plant diseases, features a balanced ratio of water capacity to air permeability and it does not impact the environment at the end of its lifecycle. Furthermore, LAVA pumice stone adequately reconciles water retention needs with proper root drainage and aeration requirements.

LAVA pumice stone is perfectly suitable for soilless cultivations of tomato, cucumber, pepper, rose, gerbera, gypsophila, carnation, chrysanthemum and other vegetables and flowers. For all these reasons, pumice stone has become a very interesting substrate for hydroponic cultures, both in Greece and abroad.

LAVA pumice stone is a domestic natural material with no chemical fermantation thus, compared to other imported or non-imported substrates or soil improvers, its production and transportation costs are significantly lower. Moreover, LAVA pumice stone can be re-used in cultures over long periods of time (up to 6 years).

shes looking real good. on the 1 I grew, the color started as little small specks of black at the bottom of the pistols. I thought they were bugs at first, but watching them under a scope and poking with needles and no movement I figured out it was bud! I've seen them all different shades of purple and heard there is a green phenol that will knock your sock off too. the pumice stone looks to be working well with the rapid growth.

Well has this girl taught me some things , she has stopped her stretch at 81 cm, from day 31 at 46 cm to day 46 at 81 cm , what got me was I have not had this growth rate before and I did not allow it in my feeding so I ended up with a cal/mag and nitrogen deficiency , Sooo I think to myself what have you lads taught me . Ha I say , this is what I will do , 1 - stretch has stopped so flush it which I did and as the pot drys quick I feed it this way - 3.5 mi a ltr bloom - 2 ml a ltr cal/mag 5.0.0. - 2 ml a ltr bud candy and carbo load - plus 2 ml a ltr of Bloom ooze , bloody hell I am thinking I hope I have got this right . And yep all is good , well I think so , I am starting to feel a lot more confident now in fixing my own problems . One thing the Bloom ooze is turning out to be a good product , we also have AN big bud , but I am liking the Bloom ooze better at this stage . Colour -- none -- not that I care because the last pheno type was Dark Devil was green and I found it is stronger , :woohoo1: so I am hoping this is the same  now apart from not understanding what to do with a fast stretch [ I do now ] it has been a pleasure so far .
