Fuggzy's little happy trees!

@Sr00m3c8zy This is a general run down of my soil. IPM stand for Integrated Pest Management. I will go more in depth on that later. More or less it's just preventing critter invasions. Still cooking, but if you have any questions, let them rip.:d5:

Base
25 gallons used living soil (peat moss based)
7.5 gallon fresh coco charged with cal/mag, kelp extracts, and Earth Juice catalyst I want to get to a full coco soil, and am adding it to every mix
5 gallons mushroom compost The 2 different compost, and worm casting are primary for the microbial life in them.
5 gallons Coast of main lobster compost
5 gallons worm castings (5 varieties)
1 bag royal oak lump coal smashed and brewed 3 days in EWC tea The biochar acts like apartment building for the microbial life.
5 gallons rice hulls This is a perlite substitute, and purely for aeration

Amendments
2 cup shrimp meal 6-6-0 This is a faster action crustacean meal, and part on my IPM Great source of N-P, and Calcium
4 cup crab meal 4-3-0 This is a slower acting crustacean meal, and will help sustain the soil longer. Also high in Ca, and part of the IPM
2 cup lobster meal 6-2-0 This is also a fast acting crustacean meal, high in N, moderate in P, and part of the IPM (I chose the 3 different crustacean meals for biodiversity, and to keep my Ca levels high enough to not need cal/mag (so far so good)
4 cups oyster flour This will also help with Ca, act as a pH buffer, and help with
aeration

3 cup kelp meal 1-0.1-2 Kelp is know for having growth hormones, and is great for veg production. It also has some K in it, even though not a ton, it helps. (we don't need a shit load) Kelp is the fastest growing plant known, reaching up to a meter daily I think.
1 cup wild seaweed (unrinsed) I wanted to get some local seaweed to add to the diversity. I chose not to rinse id because ocean water is LOADED with minerals, and organic goodies. I was hoping to harvest some of that.
2 cup fish bone meal 3-16-0 This is my primary source of P, and also has a good amount of Ca in it.
4 cups green sand 0-0-3 This is my primary source of K
1 cup chicken manure 3-2-3 Chicken shit not only has the NPK value, but also has micro nutrients.
1 cup rabbit manure ~2.4-1.4-0.6 Rabbit shit is cold, and does not need to be composted. I also have a rabbit so this is free.
1.5 cup neem cake Mainly for my IPM
1.5 cup karanja cake Mainly for my IPM
5 cups diatomaceous earth Also part of the IPM, and adds silica to the soil. Silica is vita for celuar wall development.
5 lbs Azomite dust This is one of the best sources of minerals

The 3 numbers represent the levels of the elements inside. 3-3-3-= 3N-3P-3K. N is Nitrogen, P is phosphorus, and K is potassium. These are the 3 main elements (nutrients) a plant used during its growing phases. Nitrogen is mainly for the veg state, and P-K are more for flowering times, but vital for the entire life span.
@Fuggzy the only question I have are the numbers you posted next to some of your ingredients. You have one cup chicken manure 3-2-3. Now is this how much you add at different times.

Welcome to the organic neighborhood , there's a lot of good info right here.

These were all fun to read plus this thread of course. I've found organic soil building to be really satisfying. I hope you get into it.
Also @Fuggzy I'm looking up these ingredients so I can read up on them any websites you recommend me to check out for soil info

Hi guys and welcome back. I thought it was time for a full update, and started to snap some pics.

*Dinafem* (all autos)
-IPCa. She is doing well. When I tied her down she split at the top. I have had her tie for a few days, today I'll check the split, and adjust the jute. She also is responding well to the LST, and I will be wrapping her around the pot till shes done stretching. She has also started some trich production.

-Bubba Kush Is coming along. So far looks happy, and no problems.
DSCN2583[1].JPG

-Blue kush also looks happy. Blue is growing a bit faster than Bubba so far.

*Portal Strains*
-Amnesia Stone99 is a nice sturdy lil' girl. Showing steady growth, and seems to have picked up the pace a bit in the last 2 days.

-Black Stone was one of the plant that got damages outside, and had some lower stem damage. So far ishe looks to be pulling through, and recovering decently. Small, but showing daily growth again.

-Fairy Stone (semi-auto)
Okay so I have had 1 die for no known reason. It just leaned over, and pooped out. I decided not to try and save it as I only am concerned with the best of the bunch. I have 16 above ground, and 3 below still. Not much to look at yet, but this project should be pretty fun. Ironically, Stone told me the project is the opposite for him. He wants to create a Stone photo for a breeding stock. I should have the exact pedigree here soon, and will post it up here. (the 3 in the front on the right are photos just sprouting in the tent, and are going in the other micro cab today)

I am updating the Crazy Ape seed run, and the reverse Bubba Kush auto in the breeders corner if anyone wants to check them out.

I have a tea brewing now that I am going to experiment with. I used comfrey root, neem cake, karanja cake, handful rabbit bedding, and for the last 2-3 hours I'll add alpaca shit. It smells like neem and looks like karanja....

Alright, well I hope all is well out there, and send some Karma to you all. Till later, take care.

You got a lot going on Fuggzy!
Thanks for stopping in bud. My IPCa went through a bit of hell so I don't expect the same yields as you had, but I'll tell ya, she can take a topping. I actually have also dropped 2 land race Affies I will be calling Hems Lock, and also 2 Affie x "secret weapon" , this one I still need to name. I'm not medicated enough at the moment to get creative... In total I have 34 plants ranging from 3 days to 67 days. (the bubba kush that was sativa is still around, just not pictured here)
