Moving along well with the new method of using MC in the reservoir! I did the amino acids and silica as a topwater in between refills of the rez cuz silica does a number on ph! Up to 2.5g of part a but dropped to .5 of the part b to cut the N back! Added epsom and soluble gypsum tho to replace the Ca from the part b! Will go up .5g each refill on the part a but other will stay at .5!

Hoping accidentally starting them on 12/12 and then swapping back to 18/6 didn’t screw up their internal clocks but will wait and if mot much progress after 14 days of 12hrs i will drop them to 11/13 to speed em up!

You got the tall and short phenos too!!! So did i, and they switched in flower! The lankier one got all stocky and bushy and the stockier one got lanky and has the taller colas! So the one that started out more Sativa leaning, turned into the plant that is more Indica in plant and bud structure, and vice versa lol! Tripped me out!

Ya i have actually been debating busting out my old jar of calphos i made from grilled cow bones and spraying the taller one! Pretty sure I remember that calcium phosphate foliar will stop a plant from stretching but my memory is shit! Maybe @Mañ'O'Green knows and can verify or debunk this!

WTF! Dude, you "grilled" cow bones and then ground them up?

U get soup bones and cook them down to get the marrow and stuff out and then u grill them up! U gotta break em up as they cook to get all the marrow out cuz if u leave any it will contaminate the ferment!

Time for another update! Will follow with more pics tomorrow cuz its lights out at the moment! The MC in the earthbox is still chugging along! I been using 3g part A and .5g part b plus was using .3g each of epsom and gypsum! 1 plant was taking it fine but the other has what i suspected was Mg deficiency (which better diagnosers have confirmed) and after hearing from @Lil Dab on what he uses i dropped to .15g gypsum and epsom was about .2g cuz i was too lazy to try to take out .05g! Not sure if its Mg cuz dose was too low or if Ca was too high so we shall see! If dropping gypsum doesn’t work next refill i will up the Mg some!

The first day they looked better with the added mg but the second day the Ca or P issue started showing. Plus they still looked like there’s was too much N so I reduced the part b again and raised the Ca with gypsum. You might be fine with the soil in the boxes helping but for me in straight hydro it wasn’t working

Ya but its only on 50% power cuz this cold front lately has the heat in the house running and my tents in my bedroom so can’t make too much warmth til the ac in the house is running again!

Just a heads up but had no clue but got a call from the property manager of the place been living a few days ago cuz the house owner is putting it on the market so gotta move by like 3/5 so not sure mine will finish before then! Gonna see if i can tie the earthboxes down in the back of a uhaul and move them but if not i will have to chop these before they finish! Luckily got 1 seed left i will run as soon as we get settled in our new spot!
