Getting them big as possible in veg is so critical to the final yield. You did a nice job, good size on them and your should be rewarded with a good yield. Keep up the good work!

You should be able to post your vids here. Click the AFN Tube link at the top of the page.

Day 42, Week 6. Hard to believe they've come this far. Seems like only yesterday I was popping these first seeds into peat cubes.

Main colas are really starting to fill out. Tomorrow I'm switching to the 2700's and culling off the popcorn buds along the bottom. Maybe it'll make for some half decent bubble hash or something - there are tons of 'em - hopefully the folklore is true that this redirects the efforts to the main buds towards the top for the last few weeks.

look like my girls with the yellow tips ...iv cut back on the nutes but i think its a little to less alittle to late.. with only three weeks left next week i start the flush.....have you adjusted any thing to slow the yellow tips.....

@goauto - yeah, all the tip burn's been there. a few other leaves towards the bottom had it worse. I just yanked em. I'm sure the overfeed had something to do with them stopping growth right about where they are now. I guess that's what the first try's for though, roight? They're hangin' in there - I only really stuck the fork in the toaster that one time.

i just cant shake it my last 3 grows have gone like that it just stays in the tips ...... im just gonna run with it for now..

Day 40 (Sorry, been slow to update)

So I've been out of town again. Left the pre-ferted, ph'd water out for wifey to feed on Tues. And yes, I must have said a dozen times, "Just water right into the soil, don't let it get the leaves."

Apparently her love of home botany is unlike mine because a good half dozen leaves were scorched along the bottom two internodes. They weren't doing much and obviously with the CFL's they weren't getting much light, but still. Damn.

Despite being 6" shorter, Leftie is putting on a sick amount of flowers, much more densely. The right's holding her own, though. Can't wait for the chop so I can do this again and not suffer the disgrace of posting nute-burned leaves here. :/

there is always a curve when feeling out new genetics they are all alittle dif
if you only show the slightest burn well that just shows they are really going to the limit for you:)

Most of the tip burn is from that one overfeed. Stupid, cheap "better than nothing" synthetic nutes. Gnarly stuff. Won't do that again. Any new leaves since week 4 have been a really nice dark green. Next time's going to be better.

This is where we're at today, day 46. Trichomes are frosting up nicely on the main colas and some of the bigger branches towards the tops. I've got about 22,000 lumens of 2700k beaming down for the rest of the grow and they look nice in red. I've only got a cruddy little 30x pocket scope but can see the frost is still very clear still, even though the main buds' pistils are starting to go red. Some of the unintentional plant abuse early on has me thinking they're racing to finish up and I definitely would like to chop on the milky/clear side to keep some buzzy in the high - CM is pretty indica-heavy so I'm trying not to grow sleeping pills here.

Anyways, Imma shut up and let the pics do some of the talking.

Here's just a quick look at the gals. Might be looking at a chop right around week 8!
