Uh Ooo that kid did not read the Cannabis warning.

They look good from where I'm sitting and they will tighten up a bit during the cure as others have said.

It's an excellent first grow and you should be very proud of yourself! My first grow was a whispy, airy disgrace compared to this!

Some strains are just different, it doesn't look like you made any mistakes in the trim and it's very healthy yield.

@davisgirl Thanks for letting me have some fun in here the Battle duties are a bit stressful trying to keep everyone happy.
Haha no joke there! Go ahead, let loose!

Thanks NiceOption—I needed that encouragement. I guess my bud expectations were not realistic — I really took for granted the quality of bud and figured the yield was the biggest measure at this point, but not so. I would have rather had less of nicer quality bud.

I promise they'll tighten up in the cure. Even after a couple of weeks you'll notice a difference, after a couple of months you'll be wondering what you were fretting about.

Besides, of course it's nice to have great bag appeal, but it's your smoke and it's for you, so as long as the taste, aroma and potency are there, who really cares? The strongest weed I've grown is the least aesthetically appealing.

Of course genetics come into play too and it looks like you've got some more reliable genetics on the way now.

I wouldn't really be able to rate a strain until it's had an absolute minimum of 6 weeks in the jars. It's a very hands off process but a lot goes on in there.

Day 109:

I think these girls are going to be done sooner than I thought. I’ll start checking trichomes in another week. NL2 has a lot of heavy buds and is starting to droop over here and there. Hopefully these buds are nicer than GGs, they look awesome.

Still pouring calmag down their gaping maws hah. They are sticky and smell very piney and sweet.
