Harvest & Curing Drying in a brown bag

I would toss them in jars. Better safe than sorry. If they are too wet, moisture from stems will redistribute to the flowers (I usually do this anyway), then you can put back in bags. I personally don't use fans. Mine take roughly 7 days.
Do you have a small hygrometer for jars?
No just one one u have hanging in my tent which was hard enough to stuff in a paper bag lol

If you jar it for a few hours, it will distribute the moisture throughout. The other thing you can do is bend a stem. If it snaps, it's ready to jar. I tend to jar early when I still have a bit of bend in stems. I try to jar @ 70ish%, and burp 3x daily for 30ish min each time, until I reach the desired 62%.

Can Bovida 62% packs help either way? I mean if it's to dry then it brings the RH back up and vice versa.

It will. My understanding is, if you get lower than 55% RH you've lost the cure. I haven't tested this, lol.

I used boveda for a while, as a safety net. When I did, I still preferred to burp it down to 62%. Now, if it's too dry I put a fan leaf or a thick stem, if I haven't emptied the trunk from pot yet.

I have read a lot about this so I have everything prepared so tnight is the night I will keep you all posted on the outcome as this will make things easier as not having a empty tent to hang dry

Hey all, I thought id add a picture of my brown bag drying technique as a lot of people,,,, well most, hang their bags,, I went for the other method, rolling them up.
I place a line of buds in the bottom of each bag, then I roll them up and stack them in my drying tent with filtered extraction and a fan underneath.
I also have a RH probe shoved right into the middle of one of the bags, so the probe itself is with the buds, I have the display on the outside of the tent so I can see how quickly it is drying by how rapidly the RH drops.

Works superbly especially when you havnt got a lot of room to hang all those bags separately.

Merry Xmas All!
