out yesterday in kayak, at 6am fishing was not to good. caught two small bass. and one giant pickerel. went around 4 pounds.
dead calm, very hot, even the bugs were hiding. off water by 11 am. already 90. best fishing still ahead. Sep. Oct.

Went 530am to 1030am bass fishing. Hit 106 with heat index at 1130 today. Only managed one small bass. not good on my end either.

I'm a lip ripper of smallmouth bass mostly.
Live 1/4 mile from a river. Not a big cat fish eater but like to go out at night sometimes and fight em. Mostly channels here.
Havent gotten the kayak out this year

Nice fish! Still pulling em in I see. Still yet to hit 30 this year or ever with a blue! I haven't been going at all recently.
Camping this weekend on the river so I may get a chance. Cooler temps upon us nad stable weather hopefully get em feeding. Everything has been low though. Haven't seen much rain in 5 weeks.

In Texas we’ve been having crazy weather @Boognelson87 so with having cooler temps and rain should be getting them fired up. Record where I fish is 69.6 lbs a beast
