Mephisto Genetics A grow room(s) make-over thread with Mephisto!

sour blues - These squat ladies are making some lovely thick flowers! I think day 65 should see most of these harvested.
If you remember the single sour blues plant from the last update that was yellowing because I forgot to add the biotabs to her, she's now regaining colour and looking much healthier.

I forgot to say in the sour stomper post that everything is still on 20/4, still on 825w per tent (bar the northern cheese haze x sour hound tent which is running 1200w), autopots are a running, still no feeds.

Skylar white - just some random shots.

There was a little yellowing in this tent, but I'm positive it was purely down to the light being too close, they look fine, or at least the ones slightly effected look no worse since we raised the light and re-arranged the plants. Harvest is looking like day 75-80 at the moment but we'll see how they progress.

cheers!

Orange is the new crack - This is an example of an inbetween pheno from the plants that have come from this cross.

Pretty meaty cola on this one. We've just done a decent defoliation and spacing out on these to help with better airflow in that tent, as some of these are VERY squat, and it's been VERY humid of late, it was knocking on 80% RH in the room earlier. All clip fans have been cranked up to the max as well.

Last but not least - The northern cheese haze x sour hound - Under the 2x 600w hps'
These have really come along lately, Several phenotypes as previously mentioned but they're all looking lovely.

Here's my favourite from that tent, mid-sized, not too branchy and - A little furry with trichs :D

And there's several ones like this girl - Much larger but certainly coming along now

Hey @mephisto !
Incredible grows, looking very healthy and strong.
Always inspiring to see how the pros do it.

Sorry if you've already mentioned it earlier in the thread,
but is this a grow out for sensimilla, or for breeding?

Hey Maria,

This is basically just a grow for flowers to see how the new room(s) and setups work and try to get a measure on everything.
And it was a chance to grow out some new crosses for fun.

We've learnt from past experiences that dialing a new room in whilst trying to make seeds at the same time is far from ideal.

There's been a handful of problems so far but relatively low stress in the grand scheme of things.

Cheers Mitch

Thanks, Mitch, for the reply.
Aha, I kind of thought so.
Yeah, always takes a bit of time to get the room running smoothly.

I can see the obvious reasons for separate tents once you use this for breeding.
To be able to give each strain its own space and environment is going to be important.
Having 18 per room is good, big enough to identify the best breeding plants,
but without having to go for massive spaces.

All the best, team @mephisto !!!!

Exactly I think these spaces are a nice compromise between scale and ease of working and productivity,
It'll take several runs of course to get things completely optimized but we have time ;)
Cheers
